By becoming a member of this Consortium, entrepreneurship centers and their students can enjoy the following benefits:
Entrepreneurship Centers / Entrepreneurship Departments:
This category comprises entrepreneurship centers, aiming to establish robust and effective programs. The consortium offers an excellent opportunity for these centers to learn from other centers and build their programs based on proven models and methodologies. These Centers will also benefit from exchanging ideas and strategies with peer institutions. They can leverage the consortium to innovate, improve, and potentially expand their current offerings. The specific benefits the Centers obtain are:
1) Frontiers of Entreprenurship: Raise the Bar
Participation in the annual event focused on entrepreneurship education, a three-day in-person event, to discuss specific topics related to entrepreneurship education and centers.
The event will cover:

A deep dive into Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup to equip educators to teach this methodology to their students.

Other entrepreneurship center-related topics, such as strategic programming, fundraising, and operating practices (Agenda will be determined based on member preferences, as indicated in the onboarding survey).

Up to two participants per organization may participate in the workshop
2) Courses / Content:
Access to Disciplined Entrepreneurship content adapted to a Latin American content in Spanish
The content encompasses:

A detailed syllabus for a semester-based Disciplined Entrepreneurship course.

PowerPoint Presentations of the Disciplined Entrepreneurship content. Sources and authors must be properly acknowledged: Bill Aulet (Martin Trust Center) and Daniela Ruiz Massieu (ITAM).

Guidelines for conducting Mock Boards in the Disciplined Entrepreneurship course.

Rubrics for evaluating Mock Boards and final presentations.

Short videos focusing on specific steps (in process).
3) Virtual Webinars:
Participation in bi-monthly virtual talks for entrepreneurship educators(dates and agenda below).
4) Newsletter:
Access the MTC monthly newsletter. Optional: highlighting a Consortium member.
5) Networking:
Network with thought leaders in the entrepreneurial education space in Latin America and Spain for potential collaboration events.
6) Directory and communication channel:
Members are included in the Consortium’s members-only directory (members opt-in) and communication channel
7) Entrepreneurship & Innovation Bootcamp:
Up to two participants per organization may attend the Bootcamp to observe the full or partial program. This bootcamp is taught by Martin Trust Center’s Entrepreneurs in Residence and local entrepreneurs. It takes place in Mexico City at the ITAM Río Hondo campus. (See a video of our past bootcamp).
Students:
The consortium enriches student experiences by offering access to a broader network of resources and opportunities. Students have the chance to participate in cross-institutional programs, competitions, or exchanges, which enhance their educational journey and broaden
their professional networks. The specific benefits students obtain are:
1) Entrepreneurship & Innovation Bootcamp
One team may participate in the two-week, in-person Entrepreneurship & Innovation Bootcamp hosted in Mexico City. During this intensive program, participants create, design, develop, and pitch a business idea.

2) MTC's delta v Demo Day
Attend the MTC’s delta v Demo Day, hosted in Cambridge MA at MIT campus, and network with other consortium members.
3) Entrepreneurship Consortium Demo Day
Pitch ideas at the virtual Entrepreneurship Consortium Demo Day (date TBD)

Annual Membership Amount:
